It has been reported that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are ready to have another child, with the couple hoping to expand their brood by adopting a little girl from Syria sometime this year.
The power couple are already mum and dad to Cambodian-born Maddox, 13, Ethiopian Zahara, 10, Vietnamese Pax, 11, six-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne and Shiloh, who now goes by the name of John, ages 8, but still have a whole lot of love to give to children in need of parents.
It is said that 39-year-old Ange was inspired to set the wheels into motion for another child when she recently visited war-torn Syria and was deeply affected by the distress and sorrow of the thousands of homeless children living in the country.
The UN ambassador has had her share of health worries of recent months, resorting in the star having a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy, but now that her health is back on track becoming a mum again is her number one priority.
A source told The Express: “She has been moved to tears on several occasions over the plight of youngsters orphaned in the Syrian conflict.
“Now that she has sorted out her health issues, she and Brad believe the time is right to adopt another orphan from there, most likely a daughter.”
And it looks as though the newest Jolie-Pitt member will be with us sooner rather than later, with the insider adding: “They would like to accomplish it, if possible, before the end of summer because, even though they are both busy, their diaries are relatively light for most of 2015.
“Angelina’s feeling good about turning 40 in June with a clean bill of health, but what will make her happiness complete is seeing a new little face at the dinner table.”
And with Brangelina’s reputation of being pretty much the best parents ever, we have a feeling that their newest addition will be feeling at home in no time.
