This morning it was revealed that Big Brother 7 winner, Brian Belo, had left the famous house, however, it has now been confirmed that after deciding to leave the show for good, Brian decided to escape over the house wall rather than via the diary room door.
Talk about going out with a bang, eh?
The 27 year old apparently created an elaborate escape plan after feeling bullied by his fellow housemates, Helen Wood and Marc O’Neill.
Speaking to Big Brother before he escaped, Brian explained: “I feel like I’m being ganged up on. I don’t want to cry. I’ve tried to keep away from there, I shouldn’t have come back here.
“This is really hard. I feel like I’m living in hell, I’m defeated – I’m getting a barrage of abuse.”
The star had previously admitted that he’d made a mistake trying to relive his past experience by entering this series of the show as part of the Time Warp twist, and last week he threatened to leave after deciding that he frankly did not want to walk out of the house with Helen by his side.
Before he made his grand exit, Bri confided in fellow former housemate, Nikki Grahame, telling her that he was feeling “degraded”, with Nik trying to convince the popular winner that Helen was just jealous with “the morals of an alley cat”.
The housemates watched on as Brian climbed out of the house via the roof of the sky room, and while Helen was shouting out that he was just doing it for attention, Nikki took to the Diary Room shortly after and burst into tears.
She sobbed: “I just need to know that Brian’s okay. Tell him that I love him so much and I’m here for him … It would break my heart that those evil bullies drove him out of this house. I feel weak here without Brian.
“I hope I can muster up the strength to get throught the next two days. I didn’t want to let them ruin this for me … I know more than anything Helen wants me to go.
“I don’t want to give her the satisfaction of leaving. I want to stay her to the last minute to try to get under her skin.”
