It has been reported that the police were called to Bobbi Kristina Brown’s home over a domestic dispute just one week before she was found unresponsive in her bath tub.
Officers were said to be investigating the 21-year-old’s husband, Nick Gordon, after it was claimed that there were “suspicious marks” on Bobbi’s face when she was hospitalised last month, and now there appears to be evidence that suggests their relationship wasn’t on the best of terms.
According to E! News, Nick and Bobbi were the subject of an emergency services call placed on the 23rd of January, with a man called Rick Gilbert from Ellard securities telling 911: “Just had a neighbour call and report saying people were hitting eachother and swinging outside in front of the town homes in Ellard Village.”
Rick went on to admit that he didn’t know the names of the people involved in the altercation, but gave the couple’s address and had the neighbour who complained call the police directly.
Roswell Police Chief, Rusty Grant, has confirmed that they are involved in an “ongoing criminal investigation” into finding out what happened to Bobbi, who has been in a coma since the 30th of January.
When the aspiring singer was initially discovered, police insisted that there were no drugs found in her home, nor did they suspect foul play. However, they have since admitted that they did find drugs after a “more thorough” search, and are now looking into the possibility of “foul play”.
It was reported yesterday that Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, and grandmother, Cissy, were planning on switching off Bobbi’s life support at some stage today – on the third anniversary of her mother, Whitney Houston’s, death.
A candlelit vigil was held in the starlet’s honour on Monday night.
