Britney Spears was whacked with a whole load of controversy when her cover of Women’s Health magazine was revealed yesterday.
The popstar was accused of dabbling with photoshop in order to get those seriously amazing abs, although personally, we were just too distracted by how utterly flawless she looked to care, tbh.
Anyways, thanks to a cheeky behind the scenes video from the photoshoot, cynics can now see that the 33-year-old looked as amazing in real life as she did on the cover, proving that she didn’t get any digital assistance at all.
Or at least, her abs didn’t… Her nose still looks a little bit iffy, but heck – who cares?
Britney is known for her love of junk food, and her figure is prone to yo-yoing depending on her work commitments, but the popstar attributes her currently svelte shape on hard work and a raw food diet – NOT a computer geek with the latest image editing software.
The mum-of-two revealed: “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio—usually running— move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps, then finish it off with a stretch.
“I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time. Dancing is a great cardio workout. Tough and fun at the same time.
“And I’m really into raw food – sushi basically.”
See, haterz? Brit puts in a LOT of hard graft to get that fab bod, so we reckon it’s about time you left her alone.
