Today is a very good day indeed, as not only is Dean Gaffney returning to EastEnders, but Calum Best has revealed that he’s making a return to Love Island.
WHAT A DAY TO BE ALIVE.
The Celebrity Big Brother contestant is returning to the island ten years after his first appearance (2005) and nine years after he won in 2006.
The big announcement was made at the end of Thursday’s episode (June 25), with a particularly excited Calum saying: “Love Island – it has been 10 years and I can’t wait to come back.
“If I can go in there and just share my experience with everybody else to make sure everyone has the best time they possibly can.
“I’m looking forward to getting amongst it.”
And suddenly, sun’s out, guns out sounds like something we actually want to see.
Last night, the 34-year-old took to Twitter to tell followers: “Fun evening sharing that with u lot ! Off to bed as early start heading Barcelona . See u on love island Sunday . Much love to u all. Night. [sic]“
We cannot WAIT to see your return, Calum (Sunday, 9pm, ITV2, y’all).
Just don’t forget your white vests, please.
