They’re set to be spending a lot of time with each other of the next few months.
And it would seem that Cheryl Cole has already been taking some style inspiration from fellow X Factor judge Mel B.
The 30-year-old beauty’s Elle Magazine Cover has been revealed today with Cheryl sporting a leopard print jacket as she smoulders to the camera.
Well if there was ever someone who put leopard print on the map….
Speaking in a video Q&A with the magazine, Cheryl revealed that she has a penchant for swearing a bit too much.
Tut tut.
She admitted: “The word I most overuse is a swear one.”
Let’s hope she washes that potty mouth out before the live shows.
Of course we all know Cheryl doesn’t exactly mince her words after revealing in her autobiography ‘Cheryl: My Story’ (cos it’s hers and no one elses, ok?) the details of an expletive filled text sent to Simon Cowell after he spectacularly fired her from the X Factor USA after just four days on the job.
She wrote: “I was furious with Simon for letting it happen like this. I believed we had a good friendship and couldn’t understand why he hadn’t been straight with me.
“I wrote the longest text ever. ‘F**k you, f**k ‘Britain’s Got Talent’, f**k the orange and purple outfit. F**k big hair. F**k the UK X Factor. F**k you all.
“I hate you. I understand you’re a businessman, and what I’ve learned from this is business means more to you than friendship. I’m sad it’s got like this and I wish you the best of luck, but count me out.”
Luckily the two have patched things up rather significantly since then, kicking off the X Factor auditions in Manchester on Monday.
Although if Cheryl’s body language is anything to go by in the first picture of the panel, she may still be harbouring some ill feelings toward her former frenemy.
With day 4 of the auditions soon approaching, let’s hope history doesn’t repeat itsef – mostly for Simon’s sake. Eek!
