When Ola Jordan was forced to pull out of The Jump after suffering ‘potentially career-changing injuries’ during training, there was a big question mark over who would replace her.
PANIC NOT, because bosses have quickly drafted in Chloe Madeley and by the looks of her training snaps alongside Made In Chelsea’s Louise Thompson, she’s pretty chuffed with the opportunity.
We’re not getting our hopes up for a completely injury-free series from now on, but our fingers are firmly crossed for a miracle!
Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan’s 27-year-old daughter was brought in to replace the injured Strictly Come Dancing star after she was involved in a freak accident that caused her serious injuries.
Get well soon, Ola!
Luckily, it hasn’t taken Chloe long to fit in with her fellow competitors, and it looks like she’s already struck up a close friendship with MIC’s Louise.
The personal trainer has taken to Twitter to share a series of photos of the two BFFs hanging out on the slopes, including one photo of her photobombing the Chelsea castmate.
Train hard, play hard!
Chloe’s also made sure to bond with other members of The Jump’s series two, posting photos alongside Stacey Soloman and Mike Tindall (well, his feet anyway), as well as regramming a photo of the whole line-up from Lady Victoria Hervey.
This year’s series kicks off next month and boasts an impressive line-up of celebrities, including TOWIE’s Joey Essex, J.B Gill from JLS, Paralympian Jon-Allan Butterworth, former England cricketer Phil Tufnell, ex-Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts, Gogglebox’s Dom Parker, dancer Louie Spence, and Steve-O from Jackass.
Philanthropist Heather Mills, wife of the Speaker of the House of Commons Sally Bercow, heptathlete Louise Hazel and former X Factor contestant Stacey Soloman complete this year’s grand line-up.
Whilst that bunch of celebs are busy having fun on the slopes, Ola Jordan is recovering in hospital after undergoing life-changing surgery on her knee after the accident.
At the time of the incident, a source told The Sun: “It was a freak accident and nobody’s fault.
“The injuries could leave her unable to dance at the same level ever again. She’s in a bad way.”
Poor Ola. We hope she’s recovering well and has James on hand to nurse her back to health.
We’re just hoping that we don’t see any more injuries like that from the Class of 2015!
