A 21-year-old aspiring rapper has filed a paternity suit claiming that rapper Jay-Z is his dad.
Rymir Satterthwaite claims that he is Beyoncé‘s husband’s love child, effectively giving Blue Ivy a big brother.
A New Jersey lawsuit also claims that the rapper is trying to avoid a DNA test to see if the accusations are true.
Rymir, who’s at the centre of this five-year-long paternity battle, is the alleged result of Jay-Z’s 90s romance with Rymir’s mother Wanda, according to the national Enquirer.
Wanda previously tried to get the 45-year-old to take a DNA test to prove he was the father, after another man who had been paying child support years was shown to NOT be the real father in a 2011 DNA test, according to court papers.
She was apparently ripped in court papers for waiting “seventeen years to name a second person as the father of her child.”
Rymir’s legal guardian Lillie Coley, who is a paralegal, reportedly filed this new lawsuit in a New Jersey civil court back in December.
The suit accuses Jay-Z of providing “fradulent” information and lying about his home address when trying to dodge the original paternity test in 2010.
Speaking to the New York Daily News, Lillie said: “Right now I can’t talk to you about it. We plan to talk to the public soon.”
“All this attention caught us off guard. We didn’t expect someone to leak it to the press. We weren’t expecting this.”
Lillie did not discuss specifics of the lawsuit in order to protect Rymir, her godson.
Rymir himself tweeted on Thursday afternoon, writing: “Trying to stay positive.”
Back in 2013, the aspiring rapper released a couple of videos showing off his musical talents and explaining that rapping was “in my blood.”
He added: “I really wanted to pursue my dreams. That’s what I’ve been doing, pursuing my dreams.”
Rymir said he started rapping at eight-years-old, and began writing his own lyrics aged just 13.
In a video, he added: “That’s when I really realized I really had a passion for rapping.
“I’m coming out soon, and I would really love to have your support.”
Robert Graves was believed to by Rymir’s father since his birth, until a DNA test proved this to be false.
