She sparked pregnancy rumours at the BRIT Awards earlier this week and now presenter Fearne Cotton has confirmed she’s pregnant with her second child.
But that’s not the only news the 33-year-old had to share today as she’s also revealed she’s LEAVING Radio 1 after a whopping ten years.
“Jesse and I are very happy to announce we are having another baby. I feel extremely blessed and happy that Rex will be a big brother, and we get to welcome another Wood into the world,” she wrote.
But the bigger bombshell about her leaving BBC Radio 1 was COMPLETELY out of the blue are we are gutted to see Fearne go!
She didn’t specify her reason for leaving except for the fact that she’s ready to start a ‘new chapter’ in her life, which sounds life she wants to settle into family life.
“It has also been a time of big decisions and one I want to share with you now. After much time and careful thought I have decided to leave Radio 1 after ten amazing years,” she wrote.
“I have had the most incredible decade broadcasting on Radio 1, meeting wonderful people, helping break artists and watching live music from the world’s best.
“However it is now time for a new chapter.”
Congratulations to the happy couple and in the words of Fearne – here’s to new adventures!
