Good ol’ Harry.
Harry Styles probably polished his ever-growing halo after last night’s One Direction gig following his latest good deed.
Never one to shy away from his fans’ Weddings – who can forget him recording a video to tell the lucky bride that she ‘doesn’t have to go through with it’ on her big day? Or that time he proposed to a fan mid-concert? – Harry gave a rare male fan a helping hand in proposing to his girlfriend in a way that she will never forget.
Bradley Chisenhall took to Twitter yesterday to get the fandom’s help in catching the attention of a member of the band so that he could set up a proposal to his girlfriend mid-way through the concert.
The #1DProposal hashtag soon started trending and seemingly caught the eye of Harry’s mum, Anne Twist, and she alerted her son, who promptly messaged Bradley to ask how he could help.
Gosh, it all sounds rather simple, doesn’t it?
Together the boys hatched a plan and true to his word, Harry and his man bun stopped last night’s gig and had the cameras pan to Bradley and his unsuspecting girlfriend, Christine Kozlowski, so that the humongous crowd could look on as Bradders got down on bended knee and popped the question.
An excitable Harry seemed over the moon that his helping hand did the trick exclaiming: “She said yes!” As Christine pounced on her now fiancee and gave him a massive kiss, which Harry was quick to cut short, telling the happy couple to “Get a room.”
Quite – it is a family show, after all.
Bradley later took to Twitter to thank Harry for his handiwork, sharing a rather adorbs backstage photo with the popstar.
And Harry’s proud mum, who pretty much orchestrated the whole thing, must have been feeling pretty chuffed with herself as she congratulated the newly-engaged couple.
