She is SERIOUSLY not one to mess with.
And Iggy Azalea is now suing the ex-boyfriend who claims to have a sex tape of hers.
The Aussie rapper has filed a lawsuit against Hefe Wine, accusing him of illegally downloading the entire contents of her personal computer while they were living together in Atlanta, georgia in 2009.
We wonder if he told her he was just having a nosy on her Facebook?
The ‘Fancy’ hitmaker interestingly made no mention of the alleged sex tape in court documents but says the data included unreleased master recordings and that her ex is trying to take advantage of her success.
She is also accusing him of directly using or converting the data to create a new EP, which he announced in July will “shock the world” upon it’s release.
The blonde beauty – who is now dating NBA star Nick Young – insists that her past lover forged her signature on a legal document, giving him exclusive rights to her music and music videos. She claims the contract was pasted together from a legit document she once signed.
Hefe recently claimed Iggy indirectly gave him permission to release and market their alleged sex tape, by signing the contract and giving him the exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.”
But the ‘Black Widow’ hitmaker – real name Amethyst Amelia Kelly – lashed out on Twitter last week, denying any sex tape exists at all.
The shenanigans are clearly getting to the 24-year-old who literally hasn’t shown her face since leaving LAX yesterday to fly to the UK for a gig.
Last night she hid under a blanket (with a face scrawled on and her name written on it) after leaving the Hammersmith Apollo last night following her gig there.
And yesterday she made a serious attempt at going incognito as she made her way through LAX airport yesterday, covering up her signature white blonde hair with a pale brown wig.
Dressed down in a pair of trousers and a leather jacket, Iggy looked TOTALLY unrecognisable in the fringed faux hair as she kept her glare away from waiting paps – who soon de-coded her look.
Iggy has herself has kept schtum about rumours linking her with a leaked sex tape, since having her say rather angrily on the matter on Twitter last week.
Clearly VERY angry about the allegations, the Aussie rapper vented her frustration after porn company exec Steve Hirsh approached her about releasing the footage.
The 24-year-old has now made it crystal clear that it is NOT her in the racy video SO GET OVER IT PEOPLE, FOR CHRIST’S SAKE.
Just hours after the rumours emerged, she tweeted: “Obviously I’ve seen the news feed today and i just want to say…
“I dont have a sex tape but for the record…
“Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else’s intimate moments against their will is a sex offender.”
Clearly directed at the Vivid entertainment boss, Iggy then went on to say that she was disgusted by anyone’s attempts to release the footage.
She said: “& it honestly makes me sick to see the media encourage any other attitude towards those sorts of people, we should want to protect our women.
“And i really hope that america will follow Europe and their laws to better protect peoples privacy and fundamental rights.”
And with that, the work singer went off to go and get her nails down. Obviously.
She wote: “And on that note, I’m off to get a manicure. peaaaaccceeeeeee outtttttt *drops the mic*.”
According to TMZ, Hirsh has approached Iggy and offered her a multi-million dollar deal to release the footage… which obviously did NOT go down well.
Epic fail, Steve.
