When she’s not making porridge patties, or fearing she’s caught malaria, it seems that Gemma Collins is on the look-out for love In the I’m A Celebrity 2014 camp.
The bubbly TOWIE star has not been the luckiest person when it comes to love (or having a smooth ride in the jungle as it turns out), but the Essex girl has admitted that she is hoping to find romance while she’s in Australia.
The 33-year-old laid-out her hopes of meeting a romantic Tarzon in an interview before she flew to Oz, and admitted: “I’d certainly consider having a holiday romance. Why not? I’m a single girl.”
And, while she’s not had the smoothest of time in the jungle – what with ‘that’ malaria scare – we’re certain Gemma will be able to try-out her charms on any of the male celebs who catch her eye.
The forthright Essex girl, who opened up about her hopes for love in the camp during an interview with Closer magazine, also believes her jungle diet will make her lose weight.
Discussing her plans before she headed to the camp, Gemma said: “I was meant to lose weight before I went in the jungle, but I couldn’t stop eating, so losing weight once I am in there will be great!”
The pragmatic reality star summed-up exactly what she wants to walk-away with after her three weeks in the australian wilderness, saying: “Hopefully I’ll walk out of the jungle in three weeks’ time with my head sorted out, my heart repaired and I’ll be 3st lighter. I’d be so happy.”
But, with Gemma being the contestant who seems to be struggling the most at the moment, will she actually be able to last the whole three weeks in the camp?
