I’m A Celebrity 2014: Melanie Sykes, Michael Beurk And Kendra Wilkinson Enter Australia – But Who Are They?

It looks like there might be quite the bum fight for hammocks when I’m A Celebrity starts on ITV this Sunday, as three more celebrities have just touched down in Brisbane town.

Melanie Sykes, Kendra Wilkinson and Michael Buerk all arrived in Australia yesterday ahead of the show’s big launch this Sunday.

CANNOT. WAIT.

Mel, 44, and Michael, 68, had previously been confirmed as contestants on this year’s jungle show, whilst Kendra, 29, was more of a surprise arrival in the bagging area.

But if you’re more confused than a child in a sweet shop about who the heck this lot are and what they’re doing here, FOLLOW US.

You’ll probably know Mel from daytime TV, especially controlling the kitchen force that is Gino D’Acampo on Let’s Do Lunch. AKA the show that always makes us crave ten different types of lunches. WAH.

She’s long been rumoured to be entering the jungle alongside TOWIE’s Gemma Collins, with an insider previously revealing: “Mel and Gemma are two great names who will be very familiar to ITV viewers.

“Both of them are not slow in coming forward in conversations and have been photographed in bikinis before, so they tick lots of boxes for the jungle.”

Er, but are they happy to be putting kangaroo penises in their gobs? Interesting.

Gino might be a little more than disappointed with Mel’s arrival though having firmly denied her appearance, telling Yahoo: “There is no way. Seriously, there is no way. She would of told me.

Awks.

Then we have Michael, who’s been reportedly offered a jaw-dropping £120,000 to appear in the jungle.

YES. ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND.

We could buy 120,000 cookies for that you know.

The BBC Newsreader will no doubt be entertaining the happy campers with a plethora of stories from his long reign as one of the most-loved newsreaders on TV, and tbh we might tune in just to here all about his famous tales.

Sorry not sorry.

Last up is Kendra, the token American that everyone’s kind of heard of but also not.

Providing some more eye candy for the campmates, Kendra is a businesswoman, TV personality and glamour model over in the US, which will no doubt please at least SOME of the other celebs.

Ahem. We haven’t heard too much from the mother of two, but we definitely hope she’s watched this show before or she MIGHT just be in for a bit of a shock.

And that’s the lot for today. They join Craig Charles, Nadia Forde and Tinchy Stryder who have already touched down on australian soil.

WE CANNOT WAIT FOR SUNDAY. BRING. IT. ON.
