Remember all those rumours about X Factor reject Jake Quickenden being set to enter the I’m A Celebrity jungle after failing to impress people with his vocal chords?
Well, we poo-pooed them after Jake failed to turn up and take his top off on Sunday’s launch show, but judging by eagle-eyed people, it looks like he HAS turned up in Australia.

Yep, making it to week three of the singing competition seems to be the standard criteria for celebrity status these days, which means we could technically be eligible after winning our village’s talent contest 15 years ago.

BACK TO 26-YEAR-OLD JAKE THOUGH, as it’s been all-but-confirmed that he’ll be making a surprise entrance into the campsite after he was spotted being escorted through a hotel in Australia with a chaperone, apparently from ITV.
SHNEAKY.
If that wasn’t a big enough hint, his Twitter has been updated with cryptic messages that seem to lean towards a jungle entrance, even though he’s supposedly on some sort of internet lockdown.
