iPad Air 2 Live Stream: How To Watch Apple Launch On OS X, Windows, iOS, Apple TV

Round two of Apple Inc.’s release season has arrived. The company is set to unveil a number of new devices on Thursday, including an iPad Air 2, Retina iMac and more.

Apple is hosting the event from the small confines of the Town Hall auditorium located in its Cupertino, california headquarters, instead of the Flint Center for The Performing Arts, where it debuted the iPhone 6 and Apple Watch. But make no mistake, this is a huge event for CEO Tim Cook. Among other things, Apple needs to prove whether it can convince users to upgrade to its latest iPad and reverse the downward spiral of tablet sales.

Apple will start the show at 1 p.m. EDT/10 a.m. PDT. Those looking to catch the live stream in a different time zone can look up the corresponding times below:

New York: 1 p.m. EDT

chicago: 12 p.m. CDT

Honolulu: 7 a.m. HST

London: 6 p.m. BST

paris: 7 p.m. CEST

Moscow: 9 p.m. MSK

Mumbai: 10:30 p.m. IST

Beijing: 1 a.m. CST

Seoul: 2 a.m. KST

Sydney: 3 a.m. EST

To watch Apple’s media event live stream, which will be hosted from the company’s website, Mac users will be required to watch through a Safari browser on OS X 10.6.8 or later. Apple iOS users can also watch the event through their Safari browser on iOS 6.0 or later. Apple TV users may also watch the live stream through the media center device, provided it’s a second or third generation model.

microsoft windows users and others not using an Apple or iOS device can’t officially watch Apple’s live stream event, though the company has previously provided a live blog on its event page. There may be some workarounds, however, such as the open-source VLC Player. But it’s unknown if such methods, which were revealed by Reddit users, will work.

A number of products are expected to be unveiled during the event, including a thinner iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3, Retina iMac, Mac Mini and new Thunderbolt displays. Apple Pay, the company’s new mobile payment system, is expected get a confirmed launch date.

Though Apple hasn’t officially announced its latest products, leaks and research reports have pointed to their release, giving Apple fans and industry watchers a better idea of what to expect.
