We nearly choked on our cereal this morning when we got wind of the latest celeb romance: Take That’s Jason Orange and comedian Catherine Tate. What?!
The couple have apparently been on a "number of dates" after hitting it off in when they met March.
Catherine, 43, dressed up as Jason, 41, for a Comic Relief sketch about fake boy band Fake That.
David Walliams played the part of Howard Donald, Alan Carr was Mark Owen, James Corden took on the role of Gary Barlow and John Bishop turned in to Robbie Williams. We assume none of these pairings have since hooked up *giggles*
Jason and Catherine became firm friends, and after Catherine split from her partner, Twig Clark she started dating Jason in the summer.
They’ve even enjoyed a romantic trip to Stratford-upon-Avon.
An onlooker told the Sun: "They were trying to keep things secret but looked very loved up and happy together."
A friend said: "It’s a very unlikely pairing but they have really hit it off. They’ve been on a number of dates to the theatre and the cinema. They really enjoy each other’s company."
Although "desperate to keep their romance secret," the couple has been spotted in Jason’s neighbourhood Kensington at the cinema and in a coffee shop, and at the national Theatre.
We’re still struggling to get our heads around this pairing…
