After totally slaying a lip sync of Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Call Me Maybe’ back in 2012 (OH HOW TIME FLIES), Justin Bieber has enlisted another group of celeb buddies to mime along to Carly’s latest hit, ‘I Really Like You’.
Biebs has got everyone from Ariana Grande and her brother Frankie to Lance Bass and the Rixton boys. Oh, and a little someone called Kendall Jenner.
That’ll help those dating rumours.
Biebs’ dad Jeremy, Ryan Butler, Alfredo Flores, Empire’s Bryshere Gray, Matthew Espinosa, The Voice contestant Kimberly Nichole, and Moschino designer Jeremy Scott are also involved.
In the brilliant video, the 21-year-old and his pals let their hair down, dance around to the stupidly catchy tune and lip sync all the words, all while giving us major squad goals.
Seriously, where was our invite? We’re pretty ruddy good at the whole lip syncing thing don’tcha know?
In the video’s description, Justin writes: “decided to make a fun cover with a bunch of friends of Carly’s new song I Really Like You. love this song. everyone make their own.”
Does a slightly dodgy karaoke video work? If so, we’re in.
A large proportion of the ace footage is shot backstage at Ari’s Honeymoon Tour, where JB has been popping up left, right and centre. And forgetting his words on stage. Awkward.
The video even starts with Ari herself showing off her impressive vocal talents with a little bit of Drake. LOVE.
His little sing and dance with Kendall seems to be shot one of their homes, with the two looking pretty cute together and Justin even casually lifting the lovely lady onto his shoulders at one point.
All before an adorable little dog decides he or she wants in on the action.
Because why not?
There’s also a rather enjoyable section shot poolside, which mainly features a very much topless Bieber shimmying around by the camera.
Not that we noticed we was topless or anything. Nope.
If nothing else, this weirdly addictive video just provides more proof that he’s a massive fangirl for Carly.
He signed her to Schoolboy Records, the label he runs with manager Scooter Braun, in early 2012, taking her on his Believe tour in the same year.
He also made a guest appearance in the actual video for ‘I Really Like You’ this year, dancing through the streets in a big furry coat next to actual Tom Hanks. Naturally.
We really, really, really, really, really, really like it when Justin and pals lip sync. MORE PLEASE.
