The weather might not be as bright as it was in Oz but she’s firmly sticking with a vibrant wardrobe.
Because whilst Scotland (and the rest of the UK) looked pretty darn miserable today, Kate Middleton brightened it up with her colourful attire.
The Duchess of Cambridge joined husband Prince William in their first public appearance since their hugely successful three-week royal tour of Australia and New Zealand.
The 32-year-old Duchess respectfully chose a Scottish designer for her visit to Strathearn Community Campus in Crieff, Scotland.
Kate’s zesty coral-coloured Jonathan Saunders coat certainly brought some sunshine to the couple’s first public appearance in more than a month.
We haven’t seen the knee-length, button-up coat on her before but it looks like she’s been keeping it in her cupboard as it’s from the AW13 collection.
Her signature L.K. Bennett ‘Sledge’ nude heels and a coral pencil dress from Goat completed Kate’s fashion look for the appearance.
It’s not the first time we’ve seen the Duchess in Jonathan Saunders – she wore one of his jumpers to watch a rugby match in New Zealand last month.
She previously wore one his printed dresses as she arrived at Honiara airport in the Solomon Islands for her tour of South East Asia with Wills.
In Scotland, Kate’s brunette locks were styled into her typical glossy blow-dry while her make-up consisted of smokey eyes and nude lips (as per).
The pair are in Scotland meeting children, young carers, Scotland’s Air Ambulance team, scouts, brownies and rainbows at the community school.
They are set to visit a Grouse Distillery later in the day as well as a village fete in the Highlands.
