The 37-year-old claims Claire and Peter, 42, misused confidential information, alleging that they leaked info about her private life to the press.

She originally launched the £250k legal battle in September 2012, and was recently ordered to pay the court £200,000 to keep the claim going.

Their trial at the High Court begins on January 25 2016 and is expected to last around 10 days.

A source told The Mirror: “There’s going to be some real courtroom drama.

The alleged issues first arose in 2009 – the same year in which Katie and Peter ended their marriage.

Katie is reportedly seeking damages and an injunction from Peter, Claire and her company Can Associates Ltd over the privacy claim.

Some of the accusations revolve around KP’s claims that Claire leaked private details about her life to the press after she left the management company.

However, both Peter and Claire deny Katie’s allegations, saying she has no reasonable expectation of privacy because she puts herself and her lifestyle into the public eye quite a bit.

Yikes.

Back in April, The Mirror reported that the Celebrity Big Brother winner needed to pay £200,000 to continue on with her claim.

A senior official at London’s High Court apparently said that the money suggested was an appropriate amount to give her a “substantial interest” in complying with future court orders in the case.

She was also allegedly ordered to pay £85,000 towards costs that have already been incurred by the case by Master McCloud.

If Katie IS successful, her claim is only said to be worth a small amount.
