Ten days after being involved in a horrifying car crash, famous comedian and actor Kevin Hart has finally been discharged from the california hospital where he underwent surgery for the severe back injuries he obtained from the accident.

The “Jumanji” star has been recovering well from all of his injuries. He reportedly suffered three fractures in his spine, but doctors believe that he is good enough to leave the hospital and enter a rehab facility where he is to stay throughout the recuperation period.

Hart’s wife, Eniko Parrish, told TMZ that the “Ride Along” actor is doing well and is expected to recover fully since he is going through “intense physical therapy.”

“He is just going to be fine. He is good, everybody is good. Thank God. I am glad, he is fine and he is awake,” Parrish said.

Based on the latest update, the 40-year-old Hollywood star has started to walk again, so he does not need a wheelchair.

Earlier this week, his “Jumanji” co-star Dwayne Johnson, while appearing on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” also gave an update on Hart’s condition and told everyone that he’ll be okay soon and will head back to work as soon as possible.

“Everything is good, I spoke with Kevin. These things happen in life, and thank God he was strapped in tight to his car seat. We spoke to his pediatrician and he is doing very well,” Johnson jokingly said.

“He is bummed that he could not be here, as you know, but I love the guy. He is one of my best friends. It could have been a lot worse. He is a lucky man. I wish him the best,” he added.

Hart and his friend Jared S. Black were seriously injured when their car crashed through a wooden fence early this month. Both of them were taken to the hospital and it was found that they “sustained severe back injuries.” On the other hand, Hart’s wife did not need any kind of medical assistance.

Meanwhile, Hart will next be seen in Paul Weitz’s “Fatherhood” alongside Anthony Carrigan and Paul Reiser. The movie is slated to hit theatres on Apr. 3, 2020.
