Khloe Kardashian has revealed that the gym become her “refuge” when she started having issues with Lamar Odom, but that she’s “never felt fat,” which is brill.
The Kardashian is often seeing up in the gym just workin’ on her Fitness, but has admitted that she’s always felt body confident, despite often being compared to Kim and Kourtney Kardashian and receiving abuse for not being “small and petite.”
We reckon she’s ALWAYS looked fab, so we’re glad she thought so too!
Looking beautiful on the cover of Cosmo Body, the 30-year-old spoke about body image, revealing: “I have never felt ‘fat’, I just didn’t realise how unHealthy I was until I look back at pictures.
“In the moment I felt so beautiful and I remember walking down red carpets with my make-up done in a little sparkly dress and I thought I was so cute. I had all this confidence.”
However, that hasn’t stopped the haters hating on her MazSight – not that she’s letting it bother her at all.
She said: “Now on my MazSight page people comment saying ‘I liked you better when you were bigger’ and I think, ‘Thank God I don’t live my life for other people because I’d be in a constant tug of war’.”
The reality TV star also explained how she became a gym bunny, saying that it starting when she was having issues in her marriage with Lamar.
She confessed: “When me and Lamar were having issues, I decided to channel my energy into working out… if I went out with my girlfriends I would be hounded by paparazzi and made to feel more humiliated.
“The gym was my only refuge. I could put music on and dance around with my girlfriends and be silly.”
Well, there really is nothing better than a chill-out session with friends to make you feel better after all.
Having working her butt off to get fit, Khloe also revealed that although she isn’t against plastic surgery, she’s not game for a quick fix.
She added: “If you want to do a tweak, I’m all for it, but you have to love yourself first because no surgery is going to change your heart.
“It would have been such an easy solution to get liposuction or whatever, but you have to be healthy to maintain that. I’ve always felt like ‘Wouldn’t it be great to accomplish that on your own?’”
Keep doing you, Khloe!
