game Of Thrones Star Kit Harington aka John Snow is not feeling so good after the show came to an end and checked himself in at a wellness retreat and is seeking therapy.

“Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues,” a representative for the British actor said in a statement.

“He realized ‘this is it – this is the end’, it was something they had all worked so hard on for so many years. He had a moment of, what next? He’s in the clinic predominantly for stress and exhaustion and also alcohol,” his friend told the press. Earlier this month Kit’s co-star Maisie Williams also addressed how growing up in the public eye, she felt the obligation to pretend “that everything is fine.”

“I felt I had to feel that I was the most fortunate person in the world, when actually, I felt very vulnerable. I had a shaky time in my life around there — like I think a lot of people do in their 20s,” Harington had said in March. Fans are worried about his health but can definitely understand how difficult it must be to deal with it all. “I was very shocked and surprised at certain events unfolding and then I blubbed my eyes out,” Harington told Stephen Colbert on his show recently.

According to a report, Harington has been undergoing “psychological coaching, practicing mindful meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy to combat stress and deal with negative emotions at the facility, which costs over $120,000 a month.”

In an interview, the 32-year-old British actor talked about how it was like filming Jon Snow’s final scenes. He said: “The final day of shooting, I felt fine… I felt fine… I felt fine… Then I went to do my last shots and started hyperventilating a bit. Then they called, ‘Wrap!’ And I just… broke down. It was this onslaught of relief and grief about not being able to do this again.”

It’s clear that it wasn’t just the fans who had a hard time coping with the show coming to an end. The 2-hour “The Last Watch” clearly shows how emotional the final season has been for all those involved.
