Although most of us would give our right arm to get semi naked and pretend to have sex with Robert Pattinson, his former girlfriend and co-star, Kristen Stewart, has debunked the romance surrounding their sultry Twilight scenes by describing them as “agony”.
Yikes, don’t take it too personally, yeah Rob?
The real-life couple had to get intimate during the fourth film in the Twilight series, ‘Breaking Dawn’, back in 2011 and Kristen has now revealed to Harper’s Bazaar UK: “On Twilight we had to do the most epic sex scene of all time.
“It had to be transcendent and otherworldy, inhuman, better sex than you can possibly ever imagine.
“And we were like, ‘How do we live up to that?’ It was agony. Which sucks, because I wanted it to be so good.”
Ah, so it’s not just the viewers who get stressed out with film’s unrealistic expectations of sex then?
The 25-year-old went on to add that she doesn’t actually mind filming a sex scene or two, claiming that they only become an issue when they are too “contrived”.
She shared: “I only hate them when they’re contrived. That’s when it’s grotesquely uncomfortable.”
Wowzer, we didn’t think doing anything with a shirtless R-Patz could ever be described as “grotesquely uncomfortable”, but what do we know, eh?
Kristen has previously revealed that she is taking a break from the “disgustingly sexist” Hollywood industry because she thinks “fame is the worst thing in the world”.
Boo, fix up Hollywood – it’s 2015 for Pete’s sake!
