Forget Atomic Kitten, this is the reunion everyone’s really been waiting for.
Liam Gallagher has sparked a Twitter storm of speculation that Oasis are set to reunite after posting a string of cryptic tweets.
Over the course of a couple of hours, the former front man of the ‘Wonderwall’ hitmakers individually tweeted five letters.
This was then followed by a tweet that read “Oasis LG”.
Unsurprisingly, fans of the band were up in arms about the mysterious messages, insisting he reveal if Oasis were indeed getting back together.
Fans’ excitement only grew following betting site Paddy Power’s tweet that bets on the band headlining Glastonbury had closed.
Liam. who has recently been touring with his band Beady Eye, previously hinted that he had plans to reunite with Oasis, saying that they had ‘unfinished business’ and that they could ‘bury the hatchet for a quick lap of honour’.
