Unknown gunman reportedly open fired at Lil Wayne’s tour bus as the rapper left a nightclub in Atlanta alongside other Young Money executive and artists on Saturday night.
No injuries have been reported, and it’s not clear whether or not the rapper was on the bus at the time.
According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper, police established that two tour buses, which were carrying around a dozen passengers, were shot at multiple times in the attack.
Cobb County Police spokeswoman Elizabeth Espy said: “Witnesses could only provide a limited description of the suspect vehicles.
“They were described as two white vehicles, possibly a Corvette-style vehicle and an SUV.”
The shooting allegedly happened on Interstate 285 after Lil Wayne’s performance at Compound nightclub on Saturday.
TMZ report that it happened shortly after 3.30am just after the rapper and his crew left the club.
Law enforcement sources told the site that the bus was driven to Mandarin Oriental hotel on Peachtree Road after the attack, which is when the police were called.
Police say that currently there are no suspects in the shooting.
