Little Mix Transform From Glam Popstars To Geeky Schoolgirls In New ‘Black Magic’ Video

It has been 84 years since we got any new Little Mix music, so it’s no surprise that we are getting more and more excited by the day as we edge closer to the debut of their brand spankin’ new record, Black Magic.

Thankfully, those four babes know how to treat their fans and earlier today they offered a sneaky peek at the promo video, and we think black magic is a pretty apt title considering they are so bloomin’ unrecognisable in the snippet.

Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson have all decided to say ‘Nah thanks’ to their usual glam squad and have instead donned their best ‘geeky schoolgirl’ outfits in an image overhaul similar to Katy Perry circa Last Friday Night.

Although they obviously still look bloomin’ amazing, after all,  no amount of clashing clothes and sweater vests can undo those brilliant genes, can they?

We mean, they’re still four of the most stunning girls in the universe and all that.

Our four fave gals previously admitted that the reason they’d been forced to leave their legions of dedicated fans waiting a whopping TWO YEARS before delivering their follow up album to Salute, which was released in 2013, was because they wanted the entire thing to be perfect.

23-year-old Jesy explained: “We’ve been away a while because we wrote an album, sat with the record label and we thought, ‘Nope, it’s not good enough’.

“We recorded a whole album but we’re perfectionists and knew we could do better. So we scrapped it and started again.

“It was very stressful, it just wasn’t happening.”

Yikes, this third album is going to be a ruddy masterpiece by the sounds of it.

To make up for their very long absence, Little Mix have vowed to give their fans a whole load of surprises over the coming days – encouraging them to follow the band on all social media devices so that they don’t miss a thing.

We are intrigued, but mostly excited and seriously can’t wait to see what the girls have in store for us.

It has been too long, babes, it has been far too long.
