There was some serious #DRAMZ over at the ITV studios on Monday morning, and poor old Stephanie Nala seemed to caught right in the middle of it!
The X Factor star was bring interviewed on Lorraine just hours after her VERY sad exit (*sob*) when things KICKED OFF BIG TIME.
Not what you need after having your dreams of being a pop star crushed, eh, Steph?!
Before she could even get a few words out, Steph was cut short when a fire alarm started sounding in the studio.
IN THE ACTUAL STUDIO.
Ever the professional, Lorraine Kelly tried to power on through the interview, although Stephanie looked pretty darn worried about the whole thing (think we would be too?!).
Lorraine said: “We’re having some issues here, we’re very sorry… anyway it was a big night on the The X Factor with Cheryl losing two girls”.
Nice save. Like it.
She added: ‘We’re going to carry on. So sorry about this, there’s people running around trying to get it sorted … First they got you off the ‘X Factor’ and now they’re trying to get you out of here as well.”
But despite trying to soldier on, a loud booming voice came over the load speaking, saying: “Please evacuate the building.”
Yeah, probably time to get a shift on when that starts happening.
Before viewers could even blink, Lorraine was wrapping things up and the programme was taken off the air immediately and replaced by one on the national Trust.
WE REPEAT: THE NATIONAL TRUST.
An announcer soon said: “We’re sorry about the disruption to Lorraine. We’ll be back tomorrow at 8.30.”
While viewers (us) were pretty much freaking out, it seems that it was all just one big old false alarm, as Lorraine then took to Twitter, writing:
“So sorry! We had to evacuate the building. First time in 30 years!.
We just feel sorry for Steph… this week is REALLY not going her way, is it?!
