She may have met the American man of her dreams out in New York.
But we can’t help but notice that Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson has held back slightly in the romantic scenes with new lover Alik.
But fear not, those who’ve fallen for his stubble and New Yoirrrrk drawl, because LouLou isn’t having second thoughts – she’s just struggling with her on-screen PDAs.
Speaking to Yahoo Celebrity last night at the TV Choice Awards, the petite brunette told us that her reluctance to get all soppy with the new man in her life is down the cringe factor of kissing on camera – not his sex appeal.
She told us: “I just don’t really like kissing on television it’s awkward. I can just picture my family and friends watching it and cringing.”
So is she invested in the relationship: “Yup. Course i’m feeling for him. I definitely [want to kiss him] and you will see it all unfold and I won’t have to explain myself.”
Right well that either means they are going to ride off into the sunset in a carriage Jamie and Lucy Watson style – OR things are going to go horribly wrong.
And by the look of things on Monday’s episode, it’s the former rather than the latter.
Fittie Alik confessed that he’s started falling for Louise after inviting her to his house in the Hamptons for the weekend.
He said: “I’m so completely content with having you around in my life. I’m starting to fall for you. I can’t even begin to imagine that you’re leaving in two weeks.”
An emotional Louise said: “I don’t even want to think about it. I can’t imagine going back to England and jumping on a plane and leaving you. It’s such a weird thought. We’ve had such a good time.”
Alik, 25, replied: “I could not even begin to imagine you not even being a part of my life right now.”
