Listen up, everyone, because it’s almost time to grab that caviar from the back of the cupboard (is that where it’s kept? We need to ask Mark Francis) and settle down in front of the TV for another awkward-silence-filled series of Made In Chelsea.
And along with the usual weirdly enjoyable dose of YAHs, bloody mary’s and people standing on bridges, we’re also going to be treated to some new cast members in the form of: Emily Weller, Jess Woodley, Fleur Irving, Millie Wilkinson and Josh Patterson (also known as JP).
Is it too early to start drinking the champagne? Asking for a friend.
We’ve already got a sneaky peek at the newest Chelsea inhabitants that will be spreading their drama all over our tellyboxes. We say new, but let’s be honest here, every ‘new’ member comes with some sort of history with one of the current cast members.
Fancy meeting the newest champagne-guzzling, brunch-eating posh totties? Of course you do.
According to Reveal, Emily is a fancy, pink/multi-coloured hair owning graphic designer for the Chelsea Magazine Company.
Anyone else getting flashbacks to that time Caggie Dunlop waltzed into Millie Mackintosh’s new job at Glamour with a bottle of bubble? Just us? Okay then.
Emily, 25, apparently grew up with Jamie Laing and Andy Jordan, and is an acquaintance of Rosie Fortescue (HI CONNECTIONS). She has a ‘quirky’ sense of fashion, and is Jamie’s wingwoman. Soz, Spencer.
She spends half her time in Knightsbridge and the countryside, and has family properties in Ibiza and France. She’s so fancy, she already kno-ows.
Jess, 20, is an aspiring filmmaker and friend of Jamie, and Alex Mytton, according to the magazine.
Three guesses who she might NOT be friends with then. She is apparently described as cute, flirty, loose-lipped, and fun, loving the single life and with an eye for the bad boys. Lord knows there’s plenty of THEM in Chelsea.
Jess has also admitted to having a few crushes on our lovable bois, so this is definitely going to be interesting.
Millie, 23, is apparently a feisty family friend of Jamie’s, who also knows Spencer and Alex and is best friends with Jess and Fleur.
Right, has Jamie just invited a bunch of his friends to join the cast or something? Do any of this lot NOT know Jamie and his blonde locks?
Millie is a self-proclaimed flirt, and can often be found hanging out with the #lads. She’s apparently led a privileged, jet set lifestyle and is not a fan of fake girls.
Although would anyone REALLY confess that loved people who were totally fake? No-one wants people in up their grill, so we’re guessing not.
Fleurhas apparently been pretty inseparable from Binky Felstead since meeting her on the Chelsea club scene. Except for all the days that Binky has been out and about without her on the show. Unless she was hiding in a bush or something.
The 23-year-old is happy to admit that she’s outspoken and fiercely honest, and has been involved in cat fights before. That should come in handy, considering how often the claws come out on MIC (once every five minutes, to be precise. Sort of).
Last but not least is Josh AKA JP, a 25-year-old property developer and ex-professional rugby player who’s never had a girlfriend.
We find that hard to believe, babes. But if you’re asking… Ahem.
He is apparently a huge fan of pardying (yes, we assume it’s with a d) in west London, and of course, has links with Jamie and Alex. Because who hasn’t?
The country boy and true gentlemen went to the same school as Prince Charles and belives that he’ll find ‘The One’ one day.
Seriously, we’re right here, love. RIGHT. HERE.
So there you go. A nice selection of fancy and frightfully posh, beaut newbies.
If April’s new series could find its way into our lives a little quicker, than would be great, thanks.
