While we’re guessing the rest of One Direction are looking to perfect their sleeping skills during their On The Road Again tour break, Niall Horan is keeping himself busy with a brand new job.
Yep, we actually have a nugget of amazingly brilliant news in everything else as it’s been announced that Nialler will be Rory McIlroy’s golf caddy in a pre-Masters tournament competition thing.
We don’t really know what that is, but the image of Nialler in a pair of tight trousers is enough of a good thing for us.
Just PLEASE don’t get any ideas about giving up the day dream, love.
It’s no big secret that Niall, 21, loves to get his clubs and balls out on the golf course, so it goes without saying that he’s super excited to be carrying his friend’s equipment around the golf course in the friendly US competition, which will be in georgia.
A friend who also happens to be the world’s top-ranked golfer right now. CASUAL.
The 25-year-old golfing pro told ESPN: “He’s been excited to come here.
“He’s never been to the Masters. I caught up with him in Australia at the end of last year and he was really excited, and I said, ‘If you’re available Wednesday afternoon and you want to carry the bag for nine holes, you’re more than welcome’.
“He’s excited to be here and [I'm] looking forward to spending a bit of time with him out there.”
Oh, and did we mention that being a Par 3 caddy (err, whatever that is) means that you wear one of the iconic white jumpsuits?
All our Christmasses have quite literally come at once, and just the mere thought of Niall in a tight white jumpsuit is another to break us our in a sweat and have us crawling under the desk with a bottle of cheap wine.
This is probably the only time we’re going to swap our normal TV viewing for two hours golf (it’s the only time we’re ACTUALLY going to watch golf in our lives, too), so we hope Niall and Rory appreciate that.
Good luck, boys.
