And now Professor Green had revealed that a difficult few months left him ‘contemplating taking his own life.’
The rapper, 30, was left feeling depressed when he broke his leg in May 2013 after he was crushed between two cars, forcing him to push back his album release.
Months later he was arrested for DUI and was given a 12-month driving ban, sending him into a downward spiral.
Pro told The Mirror: “I was definitely in the situation where the thought of ending it [my life] crossed my
“I didn’t think about how I’d do it, but there were moments with the anxiety of it all, I wanted to get out of my own skin.”
He added: “The feeling of being uncomfortable in your own skin is the worst you can have.”

After his difficult year, he has admitted to seeking professional help, recently revealing that he’s tried visiting therapist.
He said: “I tried cognitive behavioural therapy, but it didn’t work for me. I think therapy and talking is important and cathartic, so I’ve got a way of getting the feelings out.
“Sometimes it takes a little while, but now I’ve got the tools to get myself through it.”
Speaking to Radio One about his dad’s tragic death, Pro said: “Since Dad died, I’ve been through a whole spectrum of emotions.
“I was angry. I was upset. I was confused. I went through all of those emotions several times. Initially it was anger because it was such a selfish thing to do.
“It also made me realise how stupid not reaching out over pride was.”
We’re glad he’s back on track!
