As much as we enjoyed Take That’s first performance as a trio on The X Factor a couple of weeks ago, we can’t help but feel that nothing will ever be the same until they’re reunited as a five-piece once more.
If you’re feeling the same woes as us, we’ve got AMAZING NEWS, as the remaining three members have revealed that Robbie Williams and Jason Orange WILL be rejoining the band!
SOMEBODY HOLD US.
Okay, let’s get back to reality a little bit.
Spending a day with The Sun, Gary Barlow, 43, Howard Donald, 46, and Mark Owen, 42, revealed that the two ex-members of the band would most probably definitely be rejoining TT for their 25th anniversary in 2017.
Erm, YOU DO KNOW THAT’S THREE WHOLE YEARS AWAY YEAH?! Kinda killing us over here.
Speaking of the far too distant for our liking reunion, Howard explained: “We want to do something with the five of us. That will be great.”
Gary added: “It would be nice to put all the music from the Nineties and now on one compilation and do a tour that would have to be bigger.”
Yes, yes it would. Let’s make it happen TODAY please? Thanks.
He also said: “Take That is five people. Exactly when they come back is up to them. That will keep it interesting.”
In slightly more optimistic news, the boys/men seemed pretty convinced that Robbie would be a part of their next album, so if that could drop through our letterboxes tomorrow that would be fantastic.
Gary revealed: “Rob will be back soon. We have a good time with Rob. He adores being in the studio and he loves the process of writing with us. We can’t wait to start the next record now. We have that excitement in us.
“There’s no way this is the last album. I feel this is what I’ve been put here to do. He’s told us he loves the single (These Days) and even worked out to it for an hour the other day.”
HALLE-FREAKIN’-LUJAH. Also, we’re going to need video evidence of this workout please.
Mark added: “I’m hoping he might come back tomorrow. Now he’s back in London he might be here to tell us he’s re-joining.”
Howard even admitted that Robbie’s already got his “own harmony” for These Days, because he’s just SUCH a keen bean, naturally.
Sadly, it looks like our emotions are set to take a battering over the next few years, as Gary’s admitted that the band’s line-up could change “every album,” and we’ve just got to “get used to it,” actually. What if we don’t want to Gaz?!
Thankfully, it looks like Jason hasn’t completely lost touch with the boys, with Howard revealed that they’re always speaking to him. PHEW.
He said: “He actually emailed us straight after our performance on The X Factor with comments and critique. It’s like having another mum.”
Bet he loves that comparison!
Mark added: “He told us he didn’t like the shoes. It was like, ‘Now you tell us!’”
All we want for Christmas is a Take That reunion now. THANKS GUYS.
