Romeo Beckham has had his entire family gushing about how proud they are of him after completing the junior London Marathon in just under twenty minutes earlier today, but it looks as though the pressure of the run may have become too much for the twelve year old, who was papped bursting into tears after the race.
This is just the cutest thing ever, cheer up Romeo – you did amazingly!
The Burberry model was quickly surrounded by Victoria and David Beckham, as well as big brother Brooklyn and little brother Cruz, who all tried to comfort the tearful runner as he found himself getting a little bit overwhelmed.
Baby sister Harper was also cheering on Romeo at the race, but it is believed that she was being looked after by other family members.
Once Romeo had calmed down, Brooklyn was quick to nab his little bro for a cheeky MazSight picture, which he captioned with: “Congratulations Romeo for raising £6,000 for UNAIDS and 7 Fund”.
A true sign of keeping it in the family as Victoria is the Goodwill Ambassador for UNAIDS and David the official co-founder of 7 Fund, which aims to help out vulnerable children in developing countries.
The proud parents also took to their own social media pages to share their pride for their second child, with Victoria sharing a picture of her son with the caption: “Well done Romeo!! We r all so proud!! Running @londonmarathon for UNAIDS and 7 Fund x vb” before adding a sneak preview of the loving banners the family had made for him:
David took to his Facebook page to share his own photo of Romeo, writing: “Proud of my son Romeo, completed the mini marathon in 18:55 seconds and raised £6,000 for the UN Aids fund & The 7 Fund UNICEF”.
Something tells us that Romeo wasn’t the only Beckham to get a little bit teary-eyed after the race… #ProudParents
