She came to fame as the sister of Spencer Pratt on MTV hit show The Hills.
And since then Stephanie Pratt has been making headlines thanks to her dalliance with Made In Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews – and most recently Gogglebox’s George Gilbey during Celebrity Big Brother.
Steph may have a knack for distracting viewers with her romantic entanglements but it’s difficult not to notice just how different she looks to her former, fresh-faced days on The Hills.
The 28-year-old’s ex Cameron Huston recently spoke out about his former belle, saying that the last time he saw her, he didn’t realise who she was.
He told The Sun: “I saw Stephanie about a year ago and I didn’t even recognise her. I don’t know what she has done to her face, but it’s totally different.”
Cameron, 28, went on to say reveal that Stephanie buckled under the pressure of becoming so famous over night – becoming more and more insecure.
“Fame changed Stephanie overnight and not for the better,” he said.
“The more famous she became, the more insecure she became and drinking was her only way to deal with it.
“Stephanie never felt pretty enough or thin enough and being in the spotlight just triggered these demons. They will never go away as long as she’s in the public eye. People think that TV stars have it all — but I saw first-hand how it can destroy someone’s life.”
“She became a celebrity overnight. The more famous she got, the more anxious she got — she would read every word printed about her in magazines and if it was bad, she would cry for days.
“Every day she would just beat herself up that she was not good enough.”
Not long after the two split, Stephanie was arrested for drink driving, leading to a stint in rehab.
Cameron added: “I wish Stephanie all the best as I know what a wonderful girl she is.
“I just hope she deals with fame better today than when we were together.”
