But Frankie Bridge has admitted that it took her a while to shift her baby weight as having a C-section left her unable to exercise for months.

Nooooo!

The 25-year-old, who gave birth to little Parker just last year, told OK magazine that she was unable to get back into shape straight away as she had to ‘eat a lot’ in order to breast feed.

Priorities, yeah?

But apparently The Saturdays star decided to hit the gym again in the run up to her Wedding to Wayne Bridge.

She said: “I worked out two or three times a week, did Pilates and a boxing class with Wayne.”

Go hard or go home, yeah, Frankie!

It seems that all of her hard work paid off, as the star reportedly looked SERIOUSLY AWESOME on her big day back in July.

And now she can eat whatever she blimmin’ wants apparently, since she’s burning A LOT by rehearsing for Strictly in between the band’s tour.

She said: “On tour, catering has amazing pasta dishes and hot dogs and I eat what I want because I’m either performing for an hour and a half every night or rehearsing for Strictly from 11am to 7pm.”

Thanks to her pretty darn intensive Fitness and diet regime, the pop star lost an amazing three stone in just nine months head of Strictly.

Apparently the 25-year-old was keen to steer clear of any faddy diet pills in favour of losing the pounds the Healthy way.

A source recently told Heat: “Frankie cut out sugar and ate food that stave off depression, like vegetables and wholegrains, as well as lean meats and low-fat dairy products, she also cut out caffeine as it can make you feel anxious.

The Sats star also reportedly loves spicy foods as they are known to speed up your metabolism.

And the exercise?


“She did muscle strengthening workouts two or more days a week, lifting weights at home and doing high intensity bouts of exercise.”

“She also ate every three hours to speed up fat-burning.”

Well, looks like it blimmin well paid off!
