The Apprentice 2014 Blog: Lord Sugar Made a VERY Harsh Decision… But The Right Person Was Fired

Why didn’t the skeleton dance at the party? He had no body to dance with! Something Felipe will be able to relate to, now Lord Sugar’s sent him home.

I’m a little sad to see Felipe go, as he made me laugh every episode. Although I will concede that he was right to go based on the final three… Like skeletons, Lord Sugar could see right through him!

However, I am disappointed by Lord Sugar’s decision to punish the losing team for buying a flat-pack skeleton – rather than a standing version.

In my opinion, it was harsh. They met the requirements and surely deserved commendation for their creativity?

There was a definite skeleton in the room, both literally and figuratively, because the other team deserved to lose more than Daniel’s.

They didn’t find all their items and arrived to the boardroom late, Sanjay was a dreadful Project Manager and Sex Tape Solomon’s behaviour was frankly absurd.

You could say that I’m not in the mood to blow their trom-BONE right now… And you’d be right. Based on all the candidates, Sanjay was the worst performer and deserved to go, not Felipe. It’s really started to rattle my bones.

On the flip side of that, my three (almost) certain tips for the final five would be Mark, Roisin and Katie. Mark and Roisin are in a league of their own and Katie, although her voice really grates on me, has performed well.

Weirdly, I also think Bianca is in with a shot. She’s really come into her own in the last few tasks while Sex Tape Solomon, who did well in the early stages, has started to fade out.

I still don’t rate Daniel as a businessman but Lord Sugar seems to rate him so he could also be in with a shot.

Although, as far I’m concerned, Sanjay may as well leave now. He has contributed zero to the tasks so far and when he boasted about his organisational skills this week, all I had to say was ‘really?’

Anyway, what do you think? Was Felipe right to go? Is Daniel in danger? Do you never want to hear a skeleton joke again? Let me know in the comments!
