If you were hoping to see Tulisa chowing down on crocodile dangler next month we’re afraid your dreams have been shattered.
The 26-year-old has denied rumours that she is set to take part in the latest series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
Speaking on The Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw, The Female Boss finally put an end to the speculation.
She said: “Those rumours come up every year.
“I’m a musician, I’ve done TV but I’ve never really been a reality TV star and it’s not the route I want to go down, when I do TV I want it to be connected to music.”
And even if Tulisa did decide to venture into the world of reality like cousin Dappy, the jungle would not be her first choice.
“I wouldn’t last five minutes on the show,” she explained. “I can’t even handle a spider in my bath. I’m scared of the dark and I’ve got ultimate epic bug phobia.”
All the more reason she SHOULD do it. We imagine she’d be like Gillian McKeith, but with an urban edge.
Other celebs who have been linked to this year’s series include Tom Daley, TOWIE’s Chloe Sims, Robbie Savage, Corrie’s Michelle Keegan, and Diversity front man Ashley Banjo.
Tulisa also admitted that after a turbulent past year, where she successfully fought charges with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, she is now feeling stronger than ever.
“If anything it’s really brought my fire back, and my love for the music,’ she said. “It’s just been crazy but I’m in such a good place. It’s about turning negatives into positives and I’m back.”
And the fire in her belly seems to have paid off with comeback track ‘Living Without You’ receiving high praise when it was premiered earlier this year.
TFB is BACK.
