X Factor 2014: Mel B FaceTimed Her Kids During This Weekend’s X Factor Live Shows

So Mel B is not so tough and not so scary after all.

The X Factor judge has revealed that she misses her littleuns’ so much whilst shooting the live show on the weekend, that she actually FaceTimes them while on set.

Although she obviously can’t be yakking away about Peppa Pig and bedtime routines while the acts are on stage, the former Spice Girl makes the most of the MILLIONS of three minute ad breaks to squeeze in some precious extra time with her baby.

Well, every second counts.

Mel took to MazSight yesterday to share the above screenshot of herself FaceTiming her youngest child, three-year-old Madison, with the caption: “Mummy on set facetiming my kids during commercial break ‪#‎MumMonday‬”

You can clearly see that glammed up Mel is wearing her winning Versace dress from Sunday night’s show, and the excitable audience sitting behind her.

As well as little Madison, Mel has a fifteen-year-old daughter, Phoenix, and nine-year-old daughter Angel, whose dad is none other than actual Doctor Doolittle, Eddie Murphy.

Remember that scandal?!

Ah, the good old days.

As well as working on her multi-tasking abilities, this weekend saw Mel gain the public’s seal of approval with her being widely praised in her new role of an X Factor judge.

She then had all four of her acts, Jake Quickenden, Jack Walton, Paul Akister, and Andrea Faustini saved by the public vote, with Andrea already being dubbed the winner of this year’s series.

Pretty impressive start, eh?

As if that wasn’t amazing enough, Mel beat her notoriously fashionable co-judge, Cheryl, in the fashion stakes on Sunday with practically everybody loving her Versace gown and slick hairdo.

Talk about a cherry on top.

It’s pretty much official, we LOVE Mel B.
